Outre un big band traditionnel, on notera un magnifique solo de saxophone, un final avec Theremin et Orgues russes digne des plus classiques films d'horreur ou de science fiction, et des choeurs qui viennent soutenir le performance du chanteur dans le styles des Paolo Conte, Dean Martin ou encore Tony Bennett. Quant à elle, l'histoire raconte l'influence de la peur sur nos vies, du plus jeune âge à l'heure de la mort.
